We put Matty's BBQ Sauce on everything, but these easy tacos are our new fav. Customize them for your family: wrap in lettuce, add avocado, loose the cheese... but whatever you do, don't skip the Matty's BBQ!
What you need
1 ½ boneless skinless chicken thighs
¼ cup Tessemae’s BBQ
1 red onion, sliced ½ inch thick
shredded grass fed cheese, optional
1 cup fresh cilantro sprigs
coarse salt and ground pepper
8 tortillas or lettuce leaves, for servingTessemae’s Buffalo Sauce

What to do
- Place the chicken in a baking dish or plastic bag and pour on ¼ cup of the BBQ. Let marinate at least 10 minutes room temperature or up to overnight.
- Heat your grill to high. Place the chicken and onion on the grill. Grill the chicken until charred and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Grill the onion until tender, about 3 minutes per side. Let the chicken rest.
- While the chicken rests, char the tortillas on the grill. Chop the chicken and the onion. Serve with cheese, cilantro, and Buffalo sauce.
