Our company wide Whole 30 starts tomorrow! Chances are, knowing us, almost everyone is going to overdo it tonight! Here is our wake up call. This smoothie bowl is chock full of creamy avocado and greens, less sugar than your average smoothie, plus you eat it with a spoon instead of drinking it, so it's much more satisfying. Happy DAY ONE!
What you need
1 sliced banana
2 cup greens (spinach or kale)
4 dried dates (optional)
1 mango, peeled and diced (1/2 for topping)
1 cup water
¼ cup unsweetened coconut chips
¼ cup blueberries
What to do
Combine the banana, avocado, greens, dates, ½ of the mango cubes, and water in a blender and puree until smooth. Divide between two bowls. Top with the coconut, blueberries, and reserved mango cubes.
