Spinach and dried cherries are two of my favorite things. This salad is hearty enough for dinner and so easy to toss together after work.
What you need
10 ounces baby spinach
4 ounces goat gouda cheese, cubed
½ cup dried cherries
1/2 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
3/4 cup Tessemae’s Classic Italian
What to do
Toss together the baby spinach, cheese, cherries, pecans and onion. Drizzle the salad with Italian just before serving.
