Tessemae’s, the nations fasting growing all natural company, is looking for the right person to help take the company to new levels of growth.  This is an entrepreneurial, industry changing company with unique brand appeal looking for a dynamic, game changing Regional Brand Builder.  As a Regional Brand Builder at Tessemae’s you will be hitting the streets spreading the “Tesse’ Love” to every person who you come in contact with.  A Regional Brand Builder will be responsible for growing sales in their region and managing a team of 10-12 demo specialists (1099).  This a field sales job that includes management of a demo team

Responsibilities

  • Managing all retailer relationships at the store level in given territory
  • Manage Brand Ambassador crew-recruit and hire GREAT people, interviewing & training for your territory
  • Sales Management – ensure team is hitting their demo sales goals by providing management support and motivation
  • Managing ordering habits of key stores in your area
  • Growing and maintaining self space through merchandising and relationships
  • Responsible for scheduling a monthly calendar of demos
  • Responsible for ordering proper supplies for the next month demo calendar
  • Maintain  and growing the in-store product display. This includes: developing and recommending product positioning, working with in-store marketing coordinators to develop point-of-sale materials, and the execution and implementation of marketing and display materials to support sales and promotional activities across all accounts in your region
  • Assist Business Development with new products launches; inclusion in demo calendar, discussing with store buyers and marketing contacts
  • Maintain and growi the in-store product display. This includes: developing and recommending product positioning, working with in-store marketing coordinators to develop point-of-sale materials, and the execution and implementation of marketing and display materials to support sales and promotional activities across all accounts in your region
  • Assist in regional events

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 1 -2 year relevant management experience in sales or promotions
  • Must be able to work a Thursday – Monday schedule.
