I whipped this up from things I had in my house and it took about 30 minutes! You will need:
20 uncooked medium-large shrimp
1 1/2 cups of Tessemaes All Natural
1/2 cups of organic bronze cut orzo
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of pine nuts
In a skillet, brown pine nuts on high and then place in a separate bowl. Take cup of Tessemaes and put in the already hot skillet with mushrooms and then reduce heat to low. Let the mushrooms simmer for a couple minutes and then add the pine nuts, rosemary, and thawed raw shrimp. Grate 1/2 cup of fresh parmesan, grind pepper to taste and Crab Spice to taste in the mixture. Mix and let simmer. Cook 1 1/2 cups of orzo and put the cooked orzo in the mixture. Make sure there is enough Tessemaes in the skillet to cover the entire mixture including the orzo, if there is not enough…ADD MORE TESSEMAES! Let the entire mixture simmer for 10 minutes so that the orzo absorbs all the flavors.
Serve with a Tessemaes salad and you are good to go!
