Big Chef Tom Pizzica, www.tompizzica.com, just did an AWESOME culinary demo at the Annapolis WholeFoods where he created gods gift to fish tacos. He took our Original Lemon Garlic Dressing and made an aioli with it. It was literally the greatest thing I have ever tasted on a fish taco…seriously. Here is the recipe:
1 bottle of Tessemaes Original Lemon Garlic Dressing
2 organic egg yolks
1/2 a lime
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro
Whisk the egg yolks until they begin to coagulate while slowly pouring Tessemaes into the egg mixture. When the mixture gets to your desired consistency, add the chopped cilantro and freshly squeezed lime juice.
You can make this in 10 minutes and it will change the way you look at fish tacos.
