Our company wide Whole 30 starts tomorrow! Chances are, knowing us, almost everyone is going to overdo it tonight! Here is our wake up call. This smoothie bowl is chock full of creamy avocado and greens, less sugar than your average smoothie, plus you eat it with a spoon instead of drinking it, so it's much more satisfying. Happy DAY ONE!
This impressive turkey breast is way easier than it looks. Bonus: it cooks in about an hour! We made it this year because we have one oven in the Test Kitchen and did not want to hold it hostage all day with a giant bird. (Hint... this may happen to you at home too!)
