WHAT YOU NEED
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 5 ounces baby spring greens
- 2 balls Buratta cheese
- 1-quart fresh strawberries hulled and quartered
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup Tessemae’s Balsamic Vinaigrette or Pantry Classic Balsamic
WHAT YOU DO
- Heat a small skillet over medium. Add pine nuts and toast, tossing frequently, until fragrant and golden brown.
- Arrange greens on a platter. Tear the burrata and scatter over the greens. Arrange strawberries, pine nuts and basil over top. Serve with Tessemae’s Balsamic.
