This Fall, leading up to #JanuaryWhole30, we asked all of the veteran Whole30ers here at Tessemae's what we could do to help newbies the most. It was unanimous- everyone felt pressure the first time around to cook new "recipes" all the time. By the end we realize that what we need is just plants + protein + Tessemaes.
