We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers. All credit cards are processed and handled through our designated merchant service, PayPal.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

At Tessemae’s we strive to create the most delicious, simple and all natural 
sauces, dressings and products available. Tessemae’s makes processing returns 
easy and painless. If you received the wrong item, damage or any issue please 
let us know immediately and our Customer Happiness Guru will assist you right 
• If you are not 100% satisfied with your online order we will happily 
exchange any unopened products within 30 days of purchase. 
To exchange unopened products please email us at: or call 855.MY.TESSE and we will send you a 
prepaid label. Once you receive the label please place it on the original 
packaging and we will arrange for FedEx to pick it up at the location of 
your choosing.
Once the returned package is received and processed (usually within 48 
hours), Tessemae’s will issue the customer a store credit which may be 
redeemed at any time.
• Tessemae’s will provide customers with a prepaid shipping label for any 
product that needs to be replaced due to damage to the original package. 
• In the event that a package is damaged en route, Tessemae’s will replace 
and reship all damaged items within 48 hours of being notified of damage. 
Tessemae’s will pay for shipping all items that must be replaced due to 
damage in transit.
• Tessemae’s is unable to accept returns for any orders that are received in 
good condition (properly processed orders). 
You may cancel an order at any time before your order ships. You may cancel an

Although we do ship internationally, residents in those countries may find 
shipping cost prohibitive. We recommend you contact our Happiness Guru to get 
a quote before placing your order.
Tessemae’s All Natural exclusively ships online orders with FedEx Ground 
Service. All shipments are insured against breakage and theft and packaged 
extremely well to mitigate breakage.
TRACKING. Once your order is fulfilled (usually within 24 hours of ordering) 
you will receive a shipment confirmation by email that will include your FedEx 
tracking number. Simply enter the tracking number at to receive 
real-time updates on the status of your delivery.
