Q: What is your sign?
Q: What do you do at Tessemae's?
A: I'm back in the Tessemae’s test kitchen developing all the “tessipes” you see.
Q: Tell us a little about yourself?
A: I’ve always loved food! I’ve worked professionally in test kitchens for over 10 years, but I can still remember cooking omelets at home when I was so young I needed a step stool to reach the stove.
Q: What’s your favorite food?
A: A bit of a guilty pleasure, but Mac & Cheese. My secret ingredient…is cream cheese! It makes the smoothest sauce – sshhhh don’t tell!
Q: We hear you also have an addiction to avocados?
A: Yes I love them! Sometimes for a quick snack I’ll eat them right out of the skin with some Tessemae’s Soy Ginger. They also make great baby food, so I always have them on hand for my daughter.
Q: Your photos are gorgeous, what’s your secret?
A: Natural or window light is key. I don’t take any shots under artificial light.
