What You Need:
6 heads Endive, halved lengthwise
3 apples, cored and thinly sliced
4 ounces Stilton cheese, sliced and crumbled
¼ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
1/3 cup Tessemae’s Raspberry Vinaigrette
What To Do:
On a serving platter, layer the endive, apple, Stilton and top with the pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with Raspberry Vinaigrette.
