Here’s a pairing of two of our favorite fall produce stars, butternut squash and Brussels sprouts. To make it simply toss cubes of butternut squash and Brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper and roast them until they’re browned and tender. Once they come out of the oven, serve them drizzled with Tessemae’s Balsamic Vinaigrette for a simple seasonal side dish for the holidays.
No Recipe Balsamic Salmon Bowl
This easy bowl is bursting with fresh flavor. Another way to use our easy Whole30 formula: Plants + Protein + Tessemaes! We simply broiled the salmon, but you can just as easily saute or even grill! Our bowl uses shredded Brussels sprouts which came pre shredded at our local store. This would also be awesome with shredded kale, or even green cabbage.
Shredded Brussels Sprout Caesar with Lemon
Homemade croutons for the win! They are so much easier to make than you think! Add our Creamy Caesar and instantly turn a simple salad into something spectacular and worthy of your holiday table. You have to try it!
Beef, Sweet Potato & Brussels Sprout Stew
Hooray for soup season! This hearty stew combines our fav fall flavors: sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and a depth of flavor from our Lemon Garlic! We included a stovetop version and a slow cooker.
Brussels Sprout Salad with Cheddar, Prosciutto & Pecans
Reintroduction, Day 7! Here's your chance to add in some dairy (in this case, cheese) while keeping the rest of your diet as Whole30-clean as possible. Be sure to pay attention to how you feel, then return to the Whole30 for the next 2 days. Based on how you felt, go ahead and decide how often & how much to incorporate dairy into your regular diet—if at all.
