Nothing like juicy summer tomatoes. We love them simply drizzled with our Lemon Garlic or Balsamic. But, for an unexpected twist to change it up, try paring your tomatoes with avocado, scallions, and our Soy Ginger. This salad is a game changer. Best part? It takes all of 5 minutes to make.
4th of July Grilled Ranch Chicken
You can't get much easier than this 4th of July main dish. Marinate the chicken; then grill. We love using drumsticks, legs, and halved bone in breasts and letting everyone dig in with their hands. (After all, you're already getting messy between the corn on the cob and watermelon, so why not!) Our 4th of July meal planer has the full menu.
4th of July Berry Coconut Flag Bars
This 4th of July we went all out! We grilled up some of our Summertime family favorites, plus came up with a few new recipes. (Check our our Meal Planner here for the full menu.) The Vetter family (kids especially) had an awesome time as official taste testers. First up: these Flag Bars. They may not have Tessemae's inside, but they have our seal of approval and LOTS of love.
CSA Kale, Beet & Blueberry Salad
Our second CSA box from The Zahradka Farm made the coolest superfood salad! We marinated the kale in our french, to tenderize and maximize the flavor. The beets are simply roasted. Top with grilled chicken for a full meal or eat it as is for a veggie night.
Chesapeake Corn on the Cob
Here's sneak peak at the photos and recipes from our July 4th Beach Picnic! (Ok, so you don't really need a recipe for this one.) Cook the corn your favorite way and brush it with Lemon Chesapeake! Easy addition to any Summer party. See our favorite method below.
