1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older as of June 13th 2017. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. Void in Hawaii, and Alaska, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY DATES: #grillwithtesse (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on June 30th, 2017 and end on September 6, 2017 at 11:59pm EDT. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period and will be notified on or about the first five days following the last day of the submissions. Eleven (11) Weekly Prize Winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received every Wednesday during the Promotion Period and will be notified on or about the first five days following the last day of the submissions.
3. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY DETAILS: Individuals may enter the Sweepstakes a maximum of one (1) times per week. The Sweepstakes is officially hosted on Sponsor’s Instagram account, @tessemaes. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must sign into their own personal Instagram account, post a picture, and tag the pic with #grillwithtesse. Entrants who do not already have an Instagram account may obtain a free Instagram account at Instagram.com. Sponsor is not affiliated with Instagram and is not responsible for the availability of or policies associated with Instagram accounts.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: For the prize, Sponsor will award one (1) prize package which will consist of one (1) Weber Grill Genesis II E-10 Gas Grill, one (1) full line of Pre-Brands 100% Grass Fed Beef, and one (1) Williams Sonoma BBQ Tool Set. Total value of Grand Prize package is approximately $805.00.  Eleven (11) Weekly Prize(s): For the prize, Sponsor will award one (1) prize package each week during the Promotion Period, which will consist of four (4) 10 oz. Tessemae’s Condiments. Total value of Weekly Prize package is approximately $65. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, safety or security considerations, or any other reason as solely determined by Sponsor in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon total number of entries received.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner will be notified by either comment in Instagram or a direct message on Instagram on or about September 7, 2017. All Weekly Sweepstakes Prize Winners will be notified by either comment in Instagram or a direct message on Instagram and will need to confirm their mail address within five (5) days of receiving the notification. Once confirmed they will receive their prizes via mail within 4-6 weeks. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be distributed by the Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable for any reason, a substitute winner(s) shall be drawn randomly. If by reason of computer programming, printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes. Once verification of eligibility has been correctly received from the Sweepstakes Winner(s), per these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes Winner(s) shall be the official “Prize Winner”(s) of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Winner(s) are responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local tax liabilities.
6. USE OF ENTRY INFORMATION: By participating in the sweepstakes you hereby accept all Terms and Conditions and you grant Sponsor and its associated and affiliated companies the unrestricted right to use, publish, and broadcast your name, image, and likeness, as depicted in the Content, and to copyright the same, in all forms of advertising, marketing and for any other lawful purpose. I represent and warrant that the Content is my own, and that I have the unrestricted right to provide the Content here, including the express permission of all persons appearing in the Content, and I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor’s agents, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claims arising out of the Content.

Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth here is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Neither the Sponsor nor Facebook, Twitter or Instagram shall be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor.

1. OTHER TERMS: Decisions of the Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, suspend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules.
