We just got back from Paleo F(x) in the spectacular city of Austin Texas this weekend. We ate tons of great food, listened to some awesome music, and met unforgettable new friends. It was cool to meet so many inspiring people who love eating fresh whole foods and are passionate about spreading the word.

Today marks the start of Passover, so it’s a perfect time to share more about Tessemae’s Earth Kosher certification! Did you know that almost all of our products are Kosher? Well it’s true. Since Tessemae’s products are all natural, they are inherently Kosher. That means that your beloved: Lemon Garlic, Lemonette, Cracked Pepper, Lemon Chesapeake, Zesty Ranch, Southwest Ranch, Soy Ginger, Green Goddess, and Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing are ALL Kosher. (Only our Balsamic is not.) As for our other lines: Ketchup, Honey Mustard, and all of our Seafood Marinades are also Kosher! (Only our BBQ is not.)

Earlier this week at a small Tesse dinner, we had the ultimate cocktail hour. Everything served had Tessemae's, so everything served was AMAZING. Check out pics and recipes below... You have to try this easy Raspberry Gin Fizz with our Raz Vin. (Yes. Raz Vin!) And to impress anyone with very little work, whip up a meat and cheese board with our Almond Crackers. Up your game even more with these Bacon Wrapped Dates.

You say chimi! I say churri! Chimi- churri! Chimi-churri! Drop what you are doing and make this delicious sauce now! Smear it on steak, chicken, pork... should we go on? There is no better way to use all of this season's tender leafy parsley.
