We got our start in Annapolis, MD where most activities revolve around the Chesapeake Bay, and where eating seafood is a way of life. The Tessemae's crew celebrated Rockfish opening day in Eastport on Saturday, and we are excited to fill our grills with lots of our favorite white flaky fish in the coming months.
The ultimate party dessert- especially if your crowd has various dietary needs. Serve the macerated berries, gluten free shortcakes, and coconut cream separately. (We like to throw in a bowl of real whipped cream too!) Let friends make their own dessert: berries and coconut cream for the Paleo crowd, shortcakes for the gluten free bunch… you get it.
It’s that simple. For best quality, keep all Tessemae’s products refrigerated from the time you buy them, until you drink down every last drop. We know that refrigeration keeps our products at their best and will make them last the longest. It’s science people.

Today we took a field trip about 7 miles down the road to The Zahradka farm and man are we glad we did! Libby and Allison took us on an awesome tour and we got to meet Farmer George, whose family has farmed this land for 4 generations. This week was the last of the farm’s winter CSA as they begin growing the veggies that we’ll get to enjoy all summer long. Check out the pics from our visit below and stay tuned… we will be pouring lots of Tesse love on delicious Zahradka veggies all season!
