Tessemae’s Raspberry Gin Fizz
1 ½ ounces (3 tablespoons) Tessemae’s Raspberry Vinaigrette
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) gin
½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice
½ ounce (1 tablespoon) agave simple syrup
lime slices and raspberries for garnish
In a shaker, combine ice with Raspberry Vinaigrette, gin, lime juice, and agave simple syrup. Shake. Serve over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with lime and raspberries.
To make agave simple syrup, shake equal parts agave and water until combined.
