Mashed Potatoes: Creamiest Mashed Potatoes & Cauliflower
Cranberries: Roasted Cranberry Relish
Salad: Rustic Roasted Winter Salad

Timeline:
Sunday, 11/19:
-Go grocery shopping
Monday, 11/20:
-Start defrosting your turkey (1 day per 4 pounds of turkey)
Tuesday, 11/21:
-Make Roasted Cranberry Relish and refrigerate
-Wash & store lacinato kale for Winter Salad
Wednesday, 11/22:
-Make Butternut Squash & Mushroom Stuffing and refrigerate
-Prep potatoes for Winter Salad, Mashed Potatoes and store in cold water
-Prep cauliflower for Mashed Potatoes & Cauliflower
-Make Pumpkin Maple Mousse Pie (optional) and refrigerate
Thanksgiving Thursday, 11/23:
-Grill & rest turkey
-Finish cooking Mashed Potatoes & Cauliflower
-Re-heat cranberries & stuffing
-Roast veggies for Winter Salad & finish preparing salad
