Consider this your NYE Party hack: buy an awesome quality baked ham and serve it with these biscuits as your centerpiece. Round it out with our Honey Mustard and mayo, maybe some pickles, and why not throw in some brie or grassfed cheddar cheese? This is a meal in itself. Have a couple bowls of nuts or veggie sticks on hand, and you have a full cocktail party. Happy (almost) New Year! PS... don't forget the bubbly!

A make ahead breakfast that wont stretch your budget or your waistline! Perfect for guests over the busy holiday season, or even for breakfast Christmas morning. (Prepare the casserole through step 3 the night before and then bake in the morning. It may take slightly longer to bake from cold, so cover with foil if it is over- browning.)
