So, we were brainstorming ways to use Matty's BBQ Sauce in the Test Kitchen last week and our Guru of Customer Happiness, Oliver, came up with this gem. It turned out to be so simple and so awesome! If you're on a roasted veggie kick this winter like we are, you will love it. This one's for you OG!
What you need
1 pound Brussels sprouts, quartered
2 tablespoons Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic Dressing
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons Tessemae’s Matty’s BBQ Sauce
What to do
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a large rimmed baking sheet and toss with 2 tablespoons Lemon Garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast, tossing once or twice, until they are deeply browned and tender, about 20 minutes. Toss with Matty’s BBQ Sauce and return to the oven to glaze, about 2 minutes.
