As I focus on “eating clean” this January, I emphasize cooking at home so that I am in control of the ingredients that go into my meals. But by the end of a busy week, it’s so easy to want to throw in the towel and order takeout. Indian takeout to be specific, it’s totally our favorite. It’s easy to customize, which means if someone in your family isn’t on board with clean eating this January, they can add toppings to make their potato more decadent, if they choose. My kids love a deconstructed version of this feel-good food, which I’ll share a photo of, and they even love to dip tortilla chips in the toppings too. What a great way to change it up this Taco Tuesday!
Best Ever Crispy Italian Wings
This recipe uses my new favorite paleo breading method, which is to crush up clean pork rinds (I love Epic brand) in a food processor, dredge the wings in an egg and Tessemae’s Italian dressing mixture and roll them in the pork rind crumbs!
