What you need
2 pounds red new potatoes, halved or quartered if large 4 garlic cloves, sliced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary ¼ cup Tessemae’s Pantry Classic Balsamic Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
What you do
Heat your oven to 425F. Line two large, rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper (this will prevent sticking since the balsamic dressing is sweet).
Pile the cut potatoes on one baking sheet and toss with the garlic, rosemary, Classic Balsamic and season with salt and pepper.
Divide the potatoes evenly between both baking sheets
Bake until golden and crisp, tossing halfway through, about 30 minutes.
