Rosemary Balsamic Potatoes

What you need2 pounds red new potatoes, halved or quartered if large
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
¼ cup Tessemae’s Pantry Classic Balsamic
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
What you do
- Heat your oven to 425F. Line two large, rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper (this will prevent sticking since the balsamic dressing is sweet).
- Pile the cut potatoes on one baking sheet and toss with the garlic, rosemary, Classic Balsamic and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the potatoes evenly between both baking sheets
- Bake until golden and crisp, tossing halfway through, about 30 minutes.
