Happy Memorial Day everybody! We know you're going to be firing up the grill later today, so go ahead and whip this up too—you won't regret it. This dish is so yummy , we're not sure if you'll have leftovers to last the rest of the weekend, but hopes are definitely high.

Is there anything a rotisserie chicken can't do? Here it's transformed into a super-flavorful riff on a gyro. Might want to double up on our cucumber sauce too—people tend to go a little crazy for our mayo & cucumber combo.

Steamed Mussels & Oven Fries
