What you Need
¼ cup Tessemae’s Soy Ginger
4 skinless salmon filets, about 6 ounces each
coarse salt and fresh ground pepper
What to Do
In a baking dish, pour the Soy Ginger over the salmon. Let marinate at least 15 minutes at room temperature or up to one day refrigerated.
Heat your broiler to high. Transfer the salmon to a foil lined baking sheet. Broil the salmon, without turning over, until browned and just cooked through, 6-8 minutes.
Serve with snow peas, baby greens, or another favorite side, and lots more Soy Ginger for drizzling.
