Summer watermelon is amazing on it's own, but when you get tired of wedges, this twist is really cool! We added blueberries, mint, and our Raz Vin, it's pretty patriotic.
What you need
1 small seedless watermelon, cubed (about 8 cups)
1 pint blueberries
¼ cup Tessemae’s Raspberry Vinaigrette
fresh mint leaves
What to do
In a mixing bowl, toss the watermelon, blueberries and Raz Vin. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with mint.
