- pulled chicken (roast your own or buy a clean label Rotisserie Chicken)
- simply roasted sweet potatoes (try our easy big batch here)
- baby greens
- diced avocado

Arrange ingredients in a bowl and serve. You can use any roasted potato or winter squash! Try yukon gold or russet potatoes, butternut or acorn squash. A lot of stores now sell winter squashed pre-diced for even easier meal prep.
