So, we were brainstorming ways to use Matty's BBQ Sauce in the Test Kitchen last week and our Guru of Customer Happiness, Oliver, came up with this gem. It turned out to be so simple and so awesome! If you're on a roasted veggie kick this winter like we are, you will love it. This one's for you OG!
Here's another one for #happyhearts! This pesto is packed with the good fat of olive oil and walnuts and the nutrients of tomatoes. It's like superman's pesto really. I ate it straight with a spoon, but if you need a way to use it how about... on grilled chicken or fish, as a veggie dip, tossed with pasta, stirred into quinoa or rice, or on top of crostini. YUM!
Lemon Garlic is our hero—it's a delicious dressing and a perfect combo with the turbot and juicy oranges. Even better, this meal makes #happyhearts because it's so clean and healthy. For all of February, look out for recipes full of Tesse love that are good for your hearts!
