What You Need:
1/3 cup Tessemae's Lemon Garlic
1/4 cup raspberries, pureed
6 heads Endive, halved lengthwise
3 apples, cored and thinly sliced
4 ounces Stilton cheese, sliced and crumbled
¼ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
What To Do:
1. Stir together Lemon Garlic and pureed raspberries. On a serving platter, layer the endive, apple, Stilton and top with the pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with Lemon Garlic mixture.
