Fresh popped popcorn doesn't have to be drenched in butter to be delicious. Try this version with our Cracked Pepper Dressing and fresh chives. You'll be converted.
What you need
¼ cup Tessemae's Lemon Garlic½ cup popcorn kernels
¼ cup snipped fresh chives1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
What to do
Combine the Lemon Garlic and the popcorn kernels in a large pot and stir to coat the kernels with dressing. Cover the pot, leaving a small crack, and turn heat to medium. When the corn starts popping, wait for the popping to slow and then remove the pot from the heat to prevent burning.
Toss the popcorn with a little more Lemon Garlic, chives, pepper, and salt.
