One day, we may just have to bottle this recipe. For now, we'll have to let you amp up Happy Hour or that weekend brunch on your own...
What you need
1 bottle Tessemae’s Ketchup (10 ounces)
½ cup cold water
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspon Old Bay seafood seasoning, plus more for glasses
½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Old Bay seafood seasoning
vodka, to taste
celery and olives
What to do
Make the Mix: In a pitcher or bowl combine the ketchup, water, lemon juice, horseradish, Old Bay, and hot sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve: Rub the tops of 4 glasses with lemon, then dip in Old Bay. Fill glasses with crushed ice. Add vodka and the Mix, then garnish with lemon wedges, celery and olives.
