Grilled Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloins & Scallions

What you need
2 pork tenderloins
2 tablespoons Tessemae’s Slow Roasted Garlic
coarse salt and ground pepper
¼ cup Tessemae’s Honey Mustard
1 tablespoon Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch or Lemon Garlic
2 bunches scallions, ends trimmed
What to do
- Heat your grill to medium. Rub pork with Slow Roasted Garlic and season with salt and pepper. Grill, rolling and turning every 2 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145F, about 16 minutes total. Toward the last few minutes of cooking, brush with the Honey Mustard to glaze.
- Transfer pork to a cutting board. Cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes. While the pork rests, toss the scallions with the Zesty Ranch and season with salt and pepper. Grill until tender and charred, about 3 minutes.
- Slice pork and serve with the scallions and more Honey Mustard.
