These are the bomb. Really. Since showing up at a couple of events, they have become the #1 most requested recipe from our Test Kitchen. Basically, we had to post this so that we can stop answering emails for the recipe.
What you need
8 ounces (2 cups) pecan halves (unsalted)
8 ounces (1 ½ cups) whole almonds (unsalted)
¼ cup Tessemae’s Lemon Chesapeake
2 teaspoons seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
What to do
Heat your oven to 350. Toss the nuts and Lemon Chesapeake on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until fragrant and just toasted, 6-8 minutes. While still warm, toss with the Seafood Seasoning. Serve warm, or cool and store in an airtight container. They are best enjoyed within a week or so, but we doubt they will last that long!
