Fast, easy summer side that you should not pass up! The combo of the basil and pistachios with our Balsamic is unreal.
What you need
1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
¼ cup Tessemae’s Balsamic Dressing
coarse salt and ground pepper
¼ cup roughly chopped pistachios
¼ cup basil leaves, torn
What to do
Heat your grill to medium high. Toss the asparagus with 2 tablespoons Balsamic and season with salt and pepper. Grill until just barley tender. (With fresh summer asparagus, this will only take a few quick minutes.)
Arrange the asparagus on the plate and top with the remaining Balsamic, pistachios, and basil.
