We are fruit and veggie lovers around here (obviously). We don't really think perfect fruit needs much to make it better, but a dip in our Raz Vin and a sprinkle of coconut definitely adds a little jaz. For our kids, it adds a little fun too, so it's a great after school snack.
What you need
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
¼ cup Tessemae’s Raspberry Vinaigrette
What to do
Peel and cut the kiwi lengthwise into wedges. Peel the mango, cut the lobes off of the pit, and cut crosswise into thick slices. Halve and pit the peach, then cut into wedges. Serve the fruit with Raz Vin for dipping and coconut for sprinkling.
