Cauliflower is popping up all over the place these days and we are really happy about it! It takes on other flavors so well, especially the sweet and spicy flavors of this glaze.
What you Need
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
6 tablespoons Tessemae’s Soy Ginger Dressing
coarse salt and ground pepper
1 tablespoon honey
1-3 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce
¼ cup chopped cilantro
What to do
- Preheat your oven to 425. Toss the cauliflower with 4 tablespoons Soy Ginger on a large rimmed baking sheet. Transfer half to another large rimmed baking sheet. Roast, tossing once or twice, until the cauliflower is deeply browned and tender, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, stir together 2 tablespoons Soy Ginger, honey and chili garlic sauce. Toss with the cauliflower and return to the oven to glaze, about 3 minutes. Serve, topped with the cilantro.
