Green Salad with Beets, Avocado & Granola

2 heads Escarole, or ½ butter lettuce ½ kale1 cup sliced roasted beets
4 persian cucumbers, sliced crosswise
2 avocados, pitted and quartered
½ cup Tessemae's Creamy Ranch
1 cup granola or sunflower seeds
1 Lemon, cut into wedges
