What you need
2 pork tenderloins (about 2 pounds)
2 garlic cloves or 1 tablespoon Tessemae’s Slow Roasted Garlic
¼ cup Tessemae’s Cracked Pepper Dressing
What to do
Heat your grill to medium. Rub pork with Slow Roasted Garlic and 1 teaspoon salt. (If using garlic cloves, finely chop them with the salt, then rub with your knife against the cutting board to make a paste.) Grill, rolling and turning every 2 minutes until internal temperature reached 145F, about 16 minutes total.
Transfer pork to a cutting board and drizzle with 2 tablespoons Cracked Pepper Dressing. Cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes. Slice pork and serve drizzled with 2 tablespoons Cracked Pepper Dressing.
