Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Think you don’t like Brussels sprouts, think again. The addition of bacon and Tessemae’s Balsamic Dressing makes this super food irresistible to adults and kids alike.
What You Need
4 slices bacon
2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
4 tablespoons Tessemae’s Balsamic Dressing
What To Do
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Spread the bacon between 2 large rimmed baking sheets and roast until browned, 8 minutes. Toss the Brussels sprouts between the pans and drizzle with 2 tablespoons Balsamic. Roast, tossing once or twice, until they are deeply browned and tender, about 25 minutes. Toss with 2 more tablespoons of Balsamic and season with salt and pepper.
