This simple salad is one of our fav sides. For a full meal, just add your favorite protein. Chicken breast or a salmon fillet would be perfect!
5 ounces baby arugula
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup toasted walnut halves
4 ounces fresh goat cheese
½ cup Tessemaes Pantry Balsamic
Arrange all ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with Tessemaes Balsamic.
