The fresh and fruity flavor of our Cilantro Lime Ranch is a perfect pair with fish tacos! Our recipe is full of crunchy cabbage, spicy peppers, and plenty of Ranch!

What you need
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 pound white fish fillets, such as tilapia or bass
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 avocados, sliced
serrano or red jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
2 limes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup Cilantro Lime Ranch
What you do
- Heat a coconut oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Sear the fish until browned on one side, about 3 minutes. Flip over and sear until cooked through, about 1-3 minutes more, depending on thickness of the fillets. Transfer to a platter.
- Heat tortillas over an open flame until warmed through. Serve with the fish, cabbage, cilantro, sliced avocado, pepper, lime wedges, and plenty of Cilantro Lime Ranch.
