This BLT Ranch Pasta Salad is everything you love about the classic BLT sandwich as a delicious summery side!

1 pound rotini or cavatappi pasta
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
½ of a medium red onion, very thinly sliced
2 cups baby kale
1½ cups grape tomatoes, halved
¼ cup basil, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives, plus extra for serving
2 tablespoons. finely chopped fresh dill, plus extra for serving
¾ cup Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch Dressing
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, until al dente. Drain and drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. Toss and set aside to cool.
- Once pasta has cooled, place in a large mixing bowl. Add the cooked bacon, red onion, baby kale, tomatoes, basil, chives and dill.
- Add the Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch Dressing and toss once more until coated and combined. Season with salt and pepper, if needed. Serve at room temperature, or chill, up to overnight, and serve cold. If chilled, you may need to stir in a bit more Creamy Ranch just before serving to loosen the salad. Garnish with additional chives and dill for serving, if desired.
