Take three bean salad to the next level by mixing steamed green beans and canned beans with Tessemae’s Cilantro Lime Ranch dressing.

2 ½ cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch lengths
1/3 cup Tessemae’s Cilantro Lime Ranch
½ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 14-ounce can white beans, such as cannellini, drained and rinsed
1 14-ounce can red beans, such as kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup finely chopped celery
3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
- Bring several inches of water to a boil in a large saucepan fitted with a steamer basket. Add green beans, cover and steam until crisp tender and still bright green, about 4 minutes. Remove the steamer basket from the saucepan and spread the green beans out on a plate to cool. Cool at least 10 minutes.
- Whisk Tessemae’s Cilantro Lime Ranch, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the cooled green beans, white beans, red beans, celery and red onion and stir to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with cilantro. Serve immediately or chill.
