Can we get a drumroll please!?!? Introducing our NEW Pantry Classic Ranch! This dressing is packed with delicious, creamy flavor. We paired it with a #grainfree Simple Mills pizza crust, pulled rotisserie chicken, and crisp bacon for the ultimate white pizza experience.
What you need
4 slices bacon
2 pounds pizza dough *See Note
Olive oil, as needed
8 tablespoons Tessemae’s Pantry Classic Ranch
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
8 ounces gouda or jack cheese, such as Kerigold Dubliner
4 scallions, sliced crosswise
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
What to do
- Heat your oven to 400F. Place bacon on a foil lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake until crisp, about 15 minutes. Remove to paper towels to drain.
- Divide pizza dough into 4 pieces. *See Note. Place the pieces on 2, oiled, large rimmed baking sheets. Drizzle with more olive oil and roll around to coat. One at a time, pull and stretch each piece until it is thin. Arrange the stretched dough on the baking sheets.
- Spread Pantry Classic Ranch over the dough and top with the chicken. Layer the cheese, scallions and tomatoes on top.
- Bake until the crust is crisp and the cheese is bubbly and browned, about 15 minutes. Serve topped with more Pantry Classic Ranch.
Note: We tested this with whole wheat pizza dough and with Simple Mills pizza crust. For Simple Mills: you will need 2 boxes, to make 4 personal pizzas. If using Simple Mills, follow instructions on box to make the crust, then proceed with step 3.
