Creamy Green Beans & Mushrooms

Say goodbye to dense, flavorless cream sauces for your Thanksgiving green beans, and hello to our new Creamy Ranch! It makes for an incredible sauce—just be sure to re-toss the green bean mixture right before serving to make sure everything is well coated.
Makes 8 Servings
What you need
2 pounds green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon oil
1 pound white mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Slow Roasted Garlic
1/3 cup Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch

What you do
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook green beans 3 minutes, drain then rinse under cool water; set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms to pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in Slow Roasted Garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in green beans and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and transfer green bean mixture to a serving bowl. Stir in Creamy Ranch and serve immediately.
