This Everything Bagel Ranch Cheeseball showcases everyone’s favorite seasoning and dressing in a fun retro-style appetizer. It couldn’t be simpler to make, and tastes just like you’re eating an everything bagel! Cream cheese, white cheddar, scallions, and spices get whipped together to form the cheeseball - then it gets rolled in everything bagel seasoning, and served with your favorite veggies, crackers, and bagel chips!

WHAT YOU NEED
2 (8 oz.) blocks of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1½ cups freshly grated white cheddar cheese
¼ cup Tessemae’s Everything Bagel Ranch Dressing
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
½ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. pepper
pinch of salt
dash of hot sauce
3 tbsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
bagel chips, crackers, and veggies of your choice, for serving
WHAT YOU DO
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, Tessemae’s Everything Bagel Ranch Dressing, sliced scallions, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and hot sauce. Mix with a rubber spatula until thoroughly combined, or use electric beaters for easier mixing. Once combined, form mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Once the cheeseball has chilled, place the Everything Bagel Seasoning on a plate, and roll the cheeseball in the seasoning until completely coated.
Let the cheeseball come down to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with bagel chips, crackers, and veggies of your choice.
