Throw the chops on the grill and while they cook toss together this juicy Summer salad. This meal could be done in under 20 minutes!
Makes 4 servings
What you need
4, 1 inch thick bone-in pork chops
4 tablespoons of slow roasted garlic
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 ripe nectarines, cut into wedges
1 pint mixed tomatoes, halved
2 ripe avocado, pitted and diced
2 scallions, thinly sliced
¼ cup Tessemae’s Balsamic
What you do
- Rub pork chops with your slow roasted garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill pork chops until cooked through, 3- 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let rest.
- Toss nectarines, tomatoes, avocado and scallions with Balsamic. Serve alongside pork chops.
