Throw the chops on the grill and while they cook toss together this juicy Summer salad. This meal could be done in under 20 minutes!!! Happy back to school season!
Makes 4 servings
What you need
4, 1 inch-thick bone-in pork chops
4 tablespoons Tessemae’s Slow Roasted Garlic
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 ripe nectarines, cut into wedges
1 pint mixed tomatoes, halved
2 ripe avocado, pitted and diced
2 scallions, thinly sliced
¼ cup Tessemae’s Balsamic
What you do
- Rub pork chops with Slow Roasted Garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill pork chops until cooked through, 3- 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let rest.
- Toss nectarines, tomatoes, avocado and scallions with Balsamic. Serve alongside pork chops.
