Juicy Avocado Ranch Burgers
What's better than a juicy, perfectly cooked burger? A juicy skillet burger blended with our insanely good Avocado Ranch!
What you Need
1 pound ground beef
1 large egg
¾ cup almond meal
4 tablespoons Tessemae’s Avocado Ranch Dressing
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 leaves of green leaf or romaine lettuce
1 sliced tomato
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, halved and sliced
What to Do:
- Combine ground beef, egg, almond meal and Tessemae’s Avocado Ranch Dressing in a large bowl and mix well with hands. Divide beef into 4 pieces and shape into patties with an indent in the center; sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook burgers until well-browned, 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook until well browned and at least medium, 3-5 minutes more. (Since these burgers have egg, it's best to cook them past medium rare to medium or medium well.)
- Transfer burgers to a plate and let rest. Serve with lettuce leaves, tomato, onion, avocado and additional Tessemae’s Avocado Ranch Dressing to taste.
