What you need
3 cheeses of your choice (we used burrata, brie, and Gruyere)
½ cup nuts and seeds (we used peanuts and sunflower seeds)
1 bunch radishes, halved
4 ounces sugar snap peas
8 ounces asparagus
2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
½ pint raspberries

Tessemae’s Avocado Ranch
What to do
Arrange cheeses on board first. If using burrata, place in a small dish to keep cheese from running all over.
Place Dijon and Avocado Ranch in small bowls for dipping and arrange around the cheese.
Arrange veggies, nuts and berries around the platter and serve.
