WHAT YOU NEED
1/3 cup maple syrup
¼ cup Tessemae’s Honey Poppyseed
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 cup almonds, chopped
2 chopped pecans
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pepitas
WHAT YOU DO
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Honey Poppyseed, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
- Stir in almonds, pecans, coconut, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and pepitas. Press granola into prepared baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, rotating pan halfway through, about 45 minutes.
- Cool for 1 hour before breaking apart and storing.
